How is my order shipped?​

We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail to domestic, APO and international addresses. Items typically ship within 5- 6 business days of your order.  When your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification along with tracking information.


Can I return an order for a refund or exchange?

Like any true Cajun, we stick to our word and do business right.  If you're not happy, we're not happy.  That means we stand behind our product and accept returns within 30-days of shipping on all new condition, unworn and unwashed products. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable, but once you ship it back to us, we'll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement item back to you.  If you need a refund instead of an exchange, we'll refund the cost of the product(s) but not shipping costs.  To exchange or return an item, please ship it to us at 15330 Jack Henry Drive, Baton Rouge, La 70816.  You can also email us at info@TheCajunAmerican.com with any questions.
